Here's Who to Look Out For in the TSport 200 at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park

A Class
Ty Majeski has won at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park back-to-back in 2023 and 2024, and finished fifth there in 2025. Across three visits he has an average finish of 2.3 with three Top 5s in three races. His short-track numbers this season have been uneven, but the track history here is about as strong as it gets for any driver in the field. He is worth watching closely in A Class this weekend.
Christian Eckes has finished second at IRP in both of his starts here, in 2023 and 2024, with an average finish of 2.0 and 73 laps led in 2024 alone. He has also been one of the most consistent A Class drivers this season, logging Top 5 finishes in five of 15 races with an average finish of 11.4. His short-track numbers this year show a 4.5 average finish across two starts with 132 laps led, which backs up everything the track history suggests. He is one of the stronger A Class options on paper heading into Saturday.
B Class
Grant Enfinger has been to IRP three times and finished fourth, third, and 12th, for an average finish of 6.3 with two Top 5s. His 2024 run here was particularly strong, leading 71 laps on the way to a third-place finish. He has been inconsistent in 2026, sitting 25th and 29th in his last two short-track starts, but the track history gives him a legitimate floor to build on. If the team can get back to the form they showed here in 2024, he is a B Class name worth keeping an eye on.
Gio Ruggiero has the best short-track numbers in B Class this season, with a 4.5 average finish across two starts and one Top 3. He has also been one of the more consistent B Class options overall, posting three Top 3 finishes and eight Top 10s in 15 races this year. His one prior visit to IRP in 2025 ended in a 25th-place finish, so the track history does not support him the way it does Enfinger, but his short-track form in 2026 makes him worth watching.
C Class
Stewart Friesen has finished 35th, 33rd, and 30th in his three starts at IRP, which is a track history that is hard to ignore in a negative way. He does have consecutive Top 10 finishes on short tracks earlier this season, which shows the capability is there, but IRP specifically has been a trouble spot for the No. 52 truck. C Class rosters are limited, and that track history is a real concern if you are weighing your starts carefully.
Jake Garcia has a short-track average finish of 9.5 this season across two starts, with 22 laps led. His three visits to IRP show averages that are less encouraging at 19.3, but his 2025 run here landed him 15th, which is at least a step in the right direction. His recent form has been rough with finishes of 13th, 22nd, and 32nd in his last three races, so he fits the bounce-back watch profile heading into a track type where he has shown real speed. Worth noting before making your C Class call.
D Class
Landen Lewis has been one of the most productive D Class drivers in recent weeks, finishing fifth, second, and fourth in his last three races with a season average finish of 6.2 across five starts. His only prior visit to IRP in 2023 ended in a 28th, so there is no track history here to lean on, but the recent form speaks for itself. In D Class, options are limited and form matters. He is one of the more interesting D Class names to watch this week.
Dawson Sutton does not have a flashy season average, sitting at 21.6 across 15 races, but his short-track numbers in 2026 tell a different story: a 11.5 average finish across two starts with a Top 10 result. His one prior IRP start in 2025 ended in 19th. He is not a name that jumps off the page, but in D Class he is one of the more interesting short-track options available based on his 2026 track-type form.
Building Your Fantasy NASCAR Lineup
Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park is a short track, and short tracks in the Truck Series tend to reward drivers who have been there before. Team execution on pit road and the ability to manage restarts matters as much as raw speed here. When you are building your roster this weekend, track history and short-track form in 2026 are the two most reliable data points you have.
A and B Class are where the clearest decisions exist this week, given the depth of track history available for drivers like Majeski, Eckes, and Enfinger. C and D Class are thinner, and with limited starts remaining for some drivers in your pool, this is a week where you want to feel reasonably confident before spending a start on someone with no IRP history or with low momentum heading into the weekend.
